My name is Paul McNeill
I'm delighted to welcome you to my space and proud to share my story. I am passionate, empathetic and dedicated to supporting, helping and healing as many people as I can. I will use all the lessons, teachings, qualifications and wisdom gained from my life, wrapping in my personal experiences with Mental Health, Family Life, Alcohol, Grief, Corporate Senior Business Leadership, Life Coaching Skills, and Spiritual Gifts.

Life Coaching
We all have so much potential, this life is full of opportunities but we allow obstacles to affect and distract us. Most of the time, it's our own minds that get in our way. Our beliefs, habits, conditioning and emotions are moulded from our life experiences. As your Spiritual Life Coach, Accredited by the Association for Coaching, we can work together to help you create more of what you want in this life, to be the best version of yourself, take more control in the running of your life and dig deep to find who you really are, finding hope and purpose. Being true to yourself, not the life others expect of you. To allow yourself to be truly happy. For you to realise how special you are, how important you are to this Earth and how powerful you can be. Do you feel trapped, disillusioned, have low energy, anxious, moody, frustrated or lost? When was the last time you had an open, honest, deep, empathetic conversation with someone who will really listen to you, in a safe, confidential space, with no judgement, be on your side 100% and be your biggest supporter?
Energy Healing
I am a qualified Reiki Master teacher as well as a qualified Pellowah Teacher/Practitioner. Both beautiful and incredible healing energies.
Energy Healing modalities such as Reiki or Pellowah use different energy frequencies. Reiki is more earthy and connected with the physical body, Pellowah is lighter and connected with Consciousness (Mind) and Spirit.
Mental Health & Grief Support
We all have mental health, just like physical health, and most of us will be impacted by poor mental health at some point in our lives. It's ok to not be ok sometimes. If you need someone to talk to about you or a friend or loved one, reach out, and we can chat in complete confidence. I understand, I've been there. I would like to help.
Soul Midwifery End of Life Companionship
Soul Midwives offer non-medical, holistic care, companionship and support to anyone facing end-of-life. This can include planning advice on how our dying friends wish to live up till their last breath and what they would like arranged afterwards.
Your Investment
There is no greater investment than in yourself. You cannot put a price on a positive change in life, a transformation, a realisation, it really does only take one insight, it can absolutely change everything. We're fine with spending money on our home, a new car, our habits, hobbies or nights out but struggle to invest in our own mental wellbeing and life journey. There is no greater investment than in yourself.
